Users review: Eyes Wide Shut is poorly suited for summer theater. No explosions, no running, screaming, or a single bullet. What you have are long scenes where the characters talk to each other. Slowly and carefully. The problem is that the film is marketed as having sex scenes red hot and lots of gratuitous nudity, but has none. There are plenty of naked flesh, do not misunderstand me, but exactly the opposite direction that the ads make it seem. This film is not about being sexy and naked - a film about how their meat is just another part of being human, so everything is subordinate Ti? The campaign is misleading and led to disappointment in the audience I saw the film, they were just looking for a little excitement in history skin.The catheterizations, iy issues that Arent film is telegraphed to the audience, which is hinted at in the menu. As Kubrick magic work with the camera, but the movie overall together.All definitely worth seeing in-tense. Its possible to watch this movie and really think about it hours later. This something you will not find with the Wild, Wild West.
